Back from England. Finished the 50 Mile Trail Run on Thames Path 17th overall in 7.27.30. Check our Team page for a Race Report and Pictures. I will now enjoy two weeks of resting before starting with the IM Training.

This Friday I am off to London to race at the Thames Trot. It is a 50 mile ultra race along the river thames (including good old English Mud).
